First off, if you are a woman who actually wants to get big muscles, then this is not the program for you… Everyone has there own idea of how they want to look and this program is all about getting a body that is as Rusty says, “Slim, Sexy, Fit & Feminine”…
Also, if you are looking for a very rigid diet plan, you are not going to find that here. Although that being said, the dietary info is very good and it allows you to customize your own diet plans.

As I already said, this is the best fitness program I’ve ever seen for women. In my opinion this is the only fitness product available that offers women what they really want, a slim, sexy, fit and feminine physique…
You could never learn this much from a session with a personal trainer, so I think that this program is a great investment for any women looking to get in shape.
